Included are the Weighted Sheesham Morphy Professional Staunton Chess Pieces, also known as the Paul Morphy Series of 1884, paying homage to the legendary American Chess player Paul Charles Morphy. These finely crafted pieces, hand-carved in Amritsar, India, boast the highest quality woods and a smooth, natural finish, while each piece is padded with thick green felt to protect the board. Completing this set is a Walnut wood veneered chess piece storage box, providing ample space and protection for pieces ranging from 3 to 4 inches, further enhancing the elegance and functionality of this exceptional ensemble.
